Vladimir is Managing Director, Acquiring Business MENA at Network International, responsible for driving the growth and performance of the company's acquiring business across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). He leads commercial strategy, customer engagement, market expansion, and sustainable profitability across enterprise merchants, SMEs, strategic accounts, and other key acquiring segments.
He brings extensive international leadership experience spanning payments, fintech, commercial strategy, product management, and operations. Before joining Network, he served as Vice President UAE at Property Finder, where he led the company's largest revenue market with full responsibility for sales, customer success, commercial operations, and overall business performance.
Prior to Property Finder, Vladimir held senior leadership positions at PayU and PayPal. As Chief Commercial Officer for PayU's Global Payments Organisation, he oversaw a large international payments business operating across over 50 emerging markets. His responsibilities included commercial transformation, acquiring partnerships, alternative payment methods, customer support, fraud prevention, KYC/AML operations, merchant onboarding, and settlements.
Earlier in his career, Vladimir led PayPal's business in Russia, where he was instrumental in setting up local and expanding cross-border e-commerce payments, strengthening merchant onboarding, setting up acquiring and alternative payment capabilities.
With deep expertise in payments, merchant growth, acquiring, partnerships, regulatory engagement, and operational excellence, Vladimir plays a key role in advancing Network International's acquiring strategy and strengthening its market leadership across the MENA region.
