To start accepting payments in United Arab Emirates, you’ll need an active merchant account with Network International United Arab Emirates.

  1. Contact your Network International United Arab Emirates representative to confirm account setup and provide the necessary business documentation.
  2. Access the N-Genius Online Merchant Portal using the credentials provided.
  3. From the portal, you can generate API keys or choose your preferred payment methods (Pay by Link, Prebuilt Integrations, Client/Server Libraries, or Direct API).

If a transaction is declined, check the error code and description in the API response or Merchant Portal.

  • Common causes: Insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect CVV, or security declines from the bank.
  • For Mada transactions, ensure the card is active for online purchases. Refer to our Issuer Error Codes section for recommended actions. If unclear, contact Network International United Arab Emirates support with the transaction reference.

Yes, 3-D Secure (3DS) is required for most online card transactions in United Arab Emirates to comply with local regulations and enhance security.

  • 3DS prompts customers for an extra verification step through their bank.
  • Frictionless flows are supported when the issuer approves without a challenge.
    Ensure your integration passes all required fields to support 3DS authentication.
