Possible Answer- Self-Onboarding is the process of new client’s self-registration to gain access to our range of products and services as POS, e-comm, and SoftPOS. Digitization is the most practical way for Network International to provide seamless experience to our clients who are willing to enroll online and benefit from the services fast, reducing multiple paper forms, entry errors and internal manual checks by corresponding departments.

Possible Answer- Depending on the type of business you are, the required documents may vary. Please keep the soft copies of your documents handy for a smooth onboarding process:

◦ VAT Certificate (if registered)
◦ Passport & Emirates ID of Authorized Signatory
◦ Power of Attorney (if acting on behalf of the business)
◦ MOA/AOA/Share Certificate (if partnership)
◦ Shareholders documents (if partnership)
◦ Bank Statement or Bank Letter

Possible Answer- The digital onboarding process should take 15 to 20 minutes to upload all the required documents and to check for validity. In addition to this, arrival of products chosen should take place within 24-48 hours after onboarding. Please be informed that in some cases we may reach out to you for additional information required.

Possible Answer- Yes, you will be able to save their progress if they exit the app before finishing uploading all documents. Log in with the same mobile number and mPIN used at registration to continue completing your onboarding application from where you left off.
