Modern Slavery Statement

Issued by Network International LLC

1. Introduction

Network International LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Network”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”) are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and human rights. We strongly oppose all forms of modern slavery, including forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor. This statement outlines the steps we have taken and continue to take to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our business or supply chains.

2. Our Commitment

We recognize that modern slavery is a serious violation of human rights and a criminal offense. Network is committed to acting fairly, ethically, and transparently in all our operations. We strive to lead by example and ensure our business practices reflect our values of integrity, fairness, and respect.

3. Our Workforce

Our internal policies—including our Code of Conduct and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy—promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or violence in the workplace. All employees are expected to report any concerns, and we provide clear channels for doing so.

4. Our Supply Chain

We procure goods and services from a diverse group of suppliers, primarily in the technology and payments sectors. Based on the nature of our operations, we assess our exposure to modern slavery risks as low. Nonetheless, we have implemented robust controls to mitigate any potential risks:

A. Policies

  • Whistleblower Policy: Enables safe, anonymous reporting of concerns, including those related to slavery or trafficking.
  • Vendor Risk Management Policy: Requires due diligence and ongoing monitoring of suppliers.
  • Vendor Code of Conduct: Mandates ethical labor practices and prohibits modern slavery and child labor.
  • Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Policy: Embeds responsible procurement and ESG risk management into supplier onboarding and oversight.

B. Supplier Due Diligence

We conduct thorough assessments of new suppliers and regularly review existing ones. Monitoring includes re-performance of due diligence and on-site audits, especially for high-risk suppliers or those using labor-intensive practices. Our standard supplier contracts include clauses requiring compliance with anti-slavery laws and ethical labor standards.

5. Remedy and Grievance Process

We maintain a 24-hour anonymous whistleblowing hotline operated by an independent third party, accessible to employees, vendors, and partners across multiple countries. Reports can also be submitted online or directly to our Chief Risk Officer. All concerns are taken seriously, and corrective actions are implemented where necessary.

If Network identifies that it has caused or contributed to a human rights violation, we will take appropriate and reasonable steps to mitigate or remedy the situation, considering our level of involvement and ability to influence outcomes.
