It will specifically align our subsidiaries in Africa, DPO Pay and Payfast, closer to the Network International family by streamlining our communication channels and presenting a unified identity.
The email addresses of our DPO and Payfast teams are now changing to name@network.global.

We assure you that this change will not impact the services provided by DPO Pay and Payfast . We're dedicated to providing our partners, our customers and their clients with a safe, efficient and seamless payment experience.
Currently, this change is only related to the email domains and not the existing dpogroup.com and payfast.io websites.

You can still contact DPO Pay support via email on support@dpogroup.com or via the live chat on the dpogroup.com website, and Payfast support on support@payfast.help or via the live chat on the payfast.io website. When we update the support email addresses, we’ll let you know via email and update this article.
