We activated our remote working arrangements during the early stages of the crisis, so we have been able to manage the majority of our business operations and processing and payments activities remotely with minimal disruptions and in compliance with measures implemented by government and health authorities. We will make only essential enhancements to our technology platforms as needed to ensure your services continue to run smoothly.

Among our top priorities is to help our customers get through these difficult times. We recently pledged to provide relief to 1,000 of our most severely impacted merchant customers operating in the UAE’s SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) sector. We are also ensuring fast turnaround times for critical system changes needed by our financial institution clients, and facilitating the increasing shift to online and contactless payments as people gravitate towards safer and reliable cashless alternatives.
