Uplifting underprivileged youths under Al Noor’s care
19 employees from various departments generously volunteered for our CSR work for the Al Noor Rehabilitation & Welfare Association for People of Determination.
We deployed two batches to support activities aimed at inspiring confidence and building skills among the children and young adults under the care of Al Noor – one for Vocational Training and another for Arts and Crafts.

Say ‘no’ to plastic waste
NI employees took the time and effort to support Naina Kundra’s cause during her short visit at our Al Barsha office. Naina is the young eco-warrior who asked for the Network family’s help in reducing waste from single-use plastics.
Naina managed to gather 188 pledges from Network staff who visited her awareness stall at the Ground Floor. She was touched by the staff’s encouragement and especially thankful to the HR Team who helped her with all the logistics and communicating her campaign to employees.

During the recent Ramadan season, Volunteers from our UAE teams helped distribute iftar meals at traffic-light intersections and mosques around Dubai.
Hag Al Laila 2023 – Social Impact, Inclusion and Celebration
Making a difference to the community
Every year in the middle of the lunar month of Shaaban before Ramadan, Emirati families celebrate a traditional occasion known as Hag Al Laila when children go from house to house singing a song called ‘Gergian’ and collecting gifts.
On Monday - March 6th, 2023, we celebrated the spirit of Hag Al Laila in our UAE offices, thanks to our Emirati colleagues who treated us with chocolates, confectionaries and other goodies.
Moreover, as part of our ongoing commitment towards creating social impact, we visited the Thalassemia Center at the Al Latifa Women and Children Hospital in Dubai and spread some festive cheer by giving goodies to children in need.
