  • Ans: Setup costs can be provided once the individual services are chosen, however these costs are based on a vanilla setup of the product (e.g. the vanilla setup of a Credit Card Management system). Any additional changes to the requirements will incur incremental costs.
     
  • Ans: Assuming that it is a vanilla setup hosted on Vision Plus and the switching is done by Base24 to the payment schemes, the setup would take three to five months after sign-off of the requirements document and the Document of Understanding (DOU). All additional changes require further man-day efforts, increasing the timelines.
     
  • Ans: Network International does not do any collection related activities, including outbound calls and tracking, however NI does provide modules in Vision Plus that aid banks’ collections teams.

  • Ans: Yes. Network International does provide stationary outsourcing and stock management of up to two months stock to banks as part of its outsourcing services.
     
  • Ans: Yes. Network International has a designated team for providing UAT support, including provision of Test Scripts, online monitoring during testing and testing support and consultation for scheme testing.
     
  • Ans: Network International processes for over 50 banks in the Middle East and Africa region.
     
  • Ans: Network International does provide Data Entry services for application entry, however this requirement would need to be noted in advance, along with the volume of applications per day, for Network International to consider the same.
     
  • Ans: Network International does provide remote access to its systems with different access control levels to ensure that the bank can work online and control its own operations. Network International also provides banks with the option of outsourcing its operational activities.
     
  • Ans: Network International can procure a minimum of 3000 card plastics on behalf of the banks.
