Network Processing Company, NPC, a subsidiary of Network International, held its Annual Dinner Reception for its Egypt-based clients at the Four Seasons, Cairo on October 26th,2008.
Network International acquired NPC, a card payment processing and acquiring company based in Egypt, just over 24 months ago. Network International focus is to re-align NPC with high standards of quality and delivery in every service it offers.
The dinner was attended by MR. Abdulla Qassem, Chairman, Network International and NPC, Mr. Ram Chari, GM, Network International, Mr. Hamid Shawarby, CEO, NPC, NPC's Board of Directors as well as NPC's major client banks representatives in Egypt such as Arab African International Bank, Bank of Alexandria, National Bank of Egypt, Egyptian Gulf Bank, BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole.
Mr. Abdulla Qassem opened with a speech that outlined Network International's business strategy for NPC and said : " Network International‘s vision is to be the leading service provider of payment products and services in the region and we aim to achieve this vision by investing in cutting edge technology and ensuring an extensive and diverse range of products and services. These are the same commitments NPC will offer to its customers through this partnership".
Mr. Qassem continued that events such as this dinner are building blocks for future relationship building with NPC's clients where both the management and directors are known to them not just by name but through social interaction. He concluded: "We consider each one of you in this room as a partner and not a customer. We build our business to ensure that our partnership delivers in your business and for NPC to deliver in its growth strategy."
The speech was followed by a presentation from Mr. Ram Chari, General Manager, Network International where he summarized Network International vision and mission in terms of its business model and how it applies to NPC's operations in Egypt, by saying: "Our focus is to ensure that we understand your requirements and deliver above your expectations. We have brought in technical expertise to advise and consult with you to ensure best in class products and services."
