Network Processing Company (NPC) , Egypt-based and wholly owned subsidiary of Network International, an Emirates NBD Company and the region’s largest payment solutions provider for credit & debit cards, has laid the cornerstone for its headquarters building at the Smart Village, Egypt.
To underline its commitment to Egypt and to the region, Network International through its wholly owned Egyptian subsidiary, NPC, has invested in a state of the art HQ Building at the Smart Village. The building will consist of 3 basement floors of 3,000 sqm each to host the latest in data center technology as well as the largest CHIP personalization center in the Middle East and 4 floors of 2,000 sqm each aboveground to host staff to manage services and operations for customers in Egypt, Africa and the Middle East. The NPC building is slated to be delivered in March 2010.
Mr. Abdulla Qassem, Chairman of Network International and NPC, together with NPC Board Directors, toured the building construction site and met with the concerned personnel. This multi million Egyptian Pounds investment in the building underscores Network’s commitment to the region in terms of technology, skilled personnel and service offerings.

NPC develops and operates an international standard, high-quality independent switch to serve financial institutions in Egypt. It provides state-of-the-art EFT-related services such as debit and credit card issuing and processing as well as management of ATM networks for banks and financial institutions in Egypt as well as wireless and internet banking products. NPC has been certified by Visa and MasterCard as acquirers for their services in the Egyptian Market.
