I hereby apply for the issue of a Network International L.L.C. Internet Prepaid Card Account, which is the sole property of Network International LLC. I declare that the information provided to you on this application is both correct and true and I shall advise you of any changes thereto. I hereby authorize Network International L.L.C. to verify any or request additional information, from whatever sources it considers appropriate. I understand that Network International L.L.C. shall have the right to accept or reject and/or cancel the application at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever, and that the application and its supporting documents shall remain the property of Network International L.L.C I agree to the fees and charges to be applied by Network International LLC from time to time.

I acknowledge and agree that the use of the card account will be deemed as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Network International L.L.C Internet Card Agreement available on this website which may be amended from time to time. We recommend a must read for the terms and conditions available on this website.

I hereby authorize Network International LLC to communicate to me via email the following and agree not to hold Network International LLC responsible for any losses arising due to the same.

Documentation
  1. Non Emirates Bank / meBANK Customers:
     - Signed copy of the application form
     -  Passport Copy for Expats/ National ID Copy for UAE Nationals
     - Cheque/ Cash for AED 50
       
    All the above should be submitted to any branch of EBI/ MEB/ meBANK along with your original Passport/ ID for verification. (The originals will be returned back after verifiction).
       
       
  2. Emirates Bank / meBANK Customers:
    No documentation is required. All we need is to mail your signed application form (indicating your iPay red No and your EBI/ MEB/ meBANK account number) to:

    AED 50 will be debited from your account with us and your card account number will be emailed to you.
